Hon. P. Bloh Sayeh, Director General, Center for National Documents and Records Agency (CNDRA) obtained in 1986 Master of Arts in History from the West Virginia University, West Virginia, USA. She also obtained a Bachelor of Arts History degree from the University of Liberia in 1981.
Hon. Sayeh has spent most of her time in teaching and in administration. She served the Ministry of Education as adult literacy teacher in 1981 and teaching assistant in the Department of History, Liberia College of Liberal Arts, University of Liberia, 1981-1983. She also served the same department during the periods 1988-1990, 1995-1996 as instructor in history. Other services in education include serving as a teacher in Adult Basic Education in the Department of Alternative Programs, Montgomery County Public School, Maryland, USA from 1999-2001 and as Literacy Tutor, Literacy Council of Montgomery County, in Maryland, USA from 2005-2006. In administration, she was in 1997 Manager of Administration, Sahara Trading Corporation in Monrovia, Liberia and from 1991-1995 served as Assistant Minister for Administration in the Ministry of State for Presidential Affairs, Republic of Liberia.
